1. 定义
Digital Products refer to intangible goods that are delivered electronically, including but not limited to: downloadable files (PDFs, eBooks, software), digital media (music, videos, images), online courses and educational content, templates and design assets, fonts and graphics, digital art and NFTs, software licenses and plugins, and subscription-based digital services.
2. 数字产品资格
To list and sell digital products on Ta3i.com, merchants must meet the following criteria: own or have appropriate licensing rights to all digital content being sold; ensure digital products are complete, functional, and as described; comply with all applicable Algerian laws regarding digital goods and services; provide clear specifications about system requirements, file formats, and delivery methods; and maintain accurate and updated product listings.
3. 卖家责任
Sellers of digital products are responsible for: ensuring secure and timely delivery of digital files to buyers; providing adequate customer support for download issues or technical problems; clearly stating the scope of usage rights, licenses, and restrictions; maintaining backup copies of all digital products; updating products when necessary to maintain compatibility and functionality; and complying with all tax obligations related to digital sales in Algeria.
4. 质量标准
All digital products must meet the following quality standards: files must be virus-free and secure; products must function as advertised; downloadable content must be complete and not corrupted; product descriptions must accurately represent the digital goods being sold; preview images or demos must be representative of the actual product; and products must be compatible with the stated platforms or software versions.
5. 定价与费用
Pricing for digital products is set by the merchant. Ta3i.com charges a commission on each digital product sale as outlined in our pricing plan. All prices should be listed in Algerian Dinar (DZD) unless otherwise specified.
6. 退款政策
Due to the nature of digital goods, refunds are handled differently than physical products. Merchants must clearly state their refund policy on each digital product listing. The following general principles apply: customers may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if the digital product is defective, not as described, or fails to function properly.
7. 知识产权
Merchants retain all intellectual property rights to their digital products. By listing a digital product on Ta3i.com, merchants grant the Platform a limited license to host, display, and distribute the product as necessary to facilitate sales.
8. 禁止内容
The following types of digital content are strictly prohibited on Ta3i.com: illegal or regulated content under Algerian law; content that infringes on intellectual property rights; malware, viruses, or harmful software; counterfeit digital goods; content promoting hate speech, discrimination, or violence; adult content or explicit material; content that circumvents digital rights management (DRM) systems; stolen or unauthorized digital content.
9. 账户暂停
Ta3i.com may suspend or terminate a merchant's account for violation of these Digital Terms, including but not limited to: selling prohibited content; repeated intellectual property infringement; fraudulent activity; providing false information; excessive chargebacks or refund disputes; or any conduct that harms the Platform or its users.
10. 争议解决
Disputes between merchants and customers regarding digital products should first be resolved directly between the parties. If a resolution cannot be reached, either party may escalate the dispute to Ta3i.com for mediation.
