1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Ta3i.com ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, you may not access or use the Platform. Ta3i.com provides an e-commerce platform service for merchants in Algeria to create and manage online stores.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Merchant," "you," or "your") and Ta3i.com ("we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Account Registration

To use the Platform, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must be at least 18 years of age to use this Platform. By registering, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these terms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is found to be inaccurate or if you violate any of these terms.

3. Platform Services

Ta3i.com provides merchants with tools to create, manage, and operate online stores. Our services include but are not limited to: storefront creation and management, product catalog management, order processing, payment gateway integration, shipping integration with local Algerian carriers, analytics and reporting, and marketing tools.

4. Fees and Payments

The Platform offers a single comprehensive plan as described on our pricing page. Fees are charged on a monthly basis and are non-refundable except as expressly stated in our refund policy. We reserve the right to change our fees at any time with 30 days written notice.

5. Merchant Obligations

As a merchant using Ta3i.com, you agree to: comply with all applicable Algerian laws and regulations; ensure that your products and services are legal and compliant; provide accurate descriptions and pricing for your products; fulfill orders in a timely manner; maintain appropriate privacy policies and terms of sale for your customers; and not use the Platform for any fraudulent, deceptive, or illegal purpose.

6. Intellectual Property

The Platform, including its code, design, layout, graphics, and user interface, is owned by Ta3i.com and is protected by Algerian and international intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Platform for your business purposes during the term of your subscription.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ta3i.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or relating to your use of the Platform. Our total liability for any claim arising from these terms or the Platform shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the twelve months preceding the claim.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate these terms at any time. You may cancel your account at any time through your dashboard settings. We may terminate or suspend your account immediately without prior notice if you breach these terms or engage in conduct that we believe is harmful to the Platform or other users.

9. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers, Algeria.
